Holly Bank and Jasmine Cottages are set in the delightful, peaceful village of Thornthwaite, which nestles at the foot of Thornthwaite Forest, a short walk from the shores of Bassenthwaite Lake. From the M6, follow the A66 West towards Keswick. Approx two miles past the Keswick junction and a few hundred yards past the turning for Braithwaite, is a signpost for Thornthwaite. Turning left off the A66 you will come across Thornthwaite Village after approx one mile. Immediately before the bus stop and telephone box next to the fields on the right take the lane to the left, signed to 'Gallery'. Jasmine Cottage is 20 yards along on the right.
